I made this series a couples years ago. The large purse is a symbolic portrait of the owner. I interviewed each women about how their purse reflects their personality and lifestyle. The background in each painting is my interpretation of the owners current state.

Time Travels

My brother and I time traveled to 1978 and reunited with our deceased grandparents.


I traveled back to Manhattan's Lower East Side in 1906. I used to live in this area in 2004. Something happened in the portal however and the two worlds seem to collide. Weird experience!

This picture makes me smile. I took it at a sculpture farm in Shelbyville KY while driving around one day for Meet A Stranger
